BRACCO MKVI

A more “Italian” version Mitchell Special MKII, a car designed by Forte Vision with Andrew Mitchell. The Bracco MKVI is available to your own specification.

The Bracco® MKVI has a lower side profile than the Mitchell Special MKII. Andrew Mitchell always envisaged the Mitchell Special MKII with a larger engine bay for higher capacity engines. Stuart Brown of Forte Vision always imagined a more lithe and longer car. Therefore, treat the Bracco MKVI as the director’s cut – Part 2. Part 1 is the Bracco MKV based on the Mitchell Special MKII.

Hardtop or soft-top weather equipment available.

Each chassis is bespoke to the vehicle as it is dependent on the engine chosen and other individual preferences. The Mitchell was originally envisaged as having a Ford small block 289 cu in engine. Think of it as a latter day AC Cobra, without having the downside of most people thinking you have a kit car. Like an AC Cobra, wings can be flared to fit your wheel and tyre choice. The car is bespoke to you after all. The MKVI suits smaller engines than the Bracco MKV.

Your car will have a direct connection with the person who I worked with to design the Mitchell Special MKII, Andrew Mitchell of Mitchell Motors, being painted by his business and signed by him.

In the UK, each car will be subject to the IVA test, used to assess legality and roadworthiness of a vehicle. Depending on your initial build choices, the car will then either be allocated a period plate or be registered as brand new by the DVLA.

If the car is to be registered outside the UK, then this is generally not a problem, but we always recommend consulting your own regulatory authorities and taking legal advice to avoid any issues.

From £149,000 with a carbon fibre body and £163,000 with an aluminium body.
